Internalizes all the patterns of the program, that is it transformes them in a internal form for the algorithm.

In detail it makes the following changes on the tree:

• it expands variables at top-level
• it creates new pattern names to group the contents of a tag
• indeed it transformes ground types (String and literal strings) in pseudo-tags

The resulting tree has the following syntax:
